Carl
Boyles joined the Northern Tier Staff on June 16, 2007 as the new Director
of Programs. He is replacing Terry Schocke who is retiring as Director of
Programs after 10 years of service to Northern Tier and 34 years of
dedicated service to the Boy Scouts of America.
Carl's most recent assignment was at the Florida Sea
Base as Food and Conference Director. Previous to Sea Base, Carl
served as Program Director for Buffalo Trace Council, in Evansville Indiana.
This is Carl's 17th consecutive summer serving at a Boy Scout summer camp or
National High Adventure Base. He has served as Camp Director, Program
Director, and various other positions. Carl has been a professional in
the Boy Scout movement for 9 years.
